These terms govern your access to and use of the FlowDesk platform. By signing in or creating a workspace, you agree to the conditions below.
Services and Acceptable Use
FlowDesk provides cloud-based workflow automation, task management, and digital resource organization tools. You may use these services only for lawful business operations. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its data.
Account Responsibilities
You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for setting appropriate permissions and ensuring that invited members comply with these terms.
Data and Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to FlowDesk. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the services. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.
Limitation of Liability
FlowDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using FlowDesk at any time by closing your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if continued operation poses a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, you can export your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. Material updates will be announced through the platform or by email. Continued use of FlowDesk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
